Finding Your Passion

What is passion and how can you find it?

We all get in slumps. The kind of slump where you hardly have any fire or motivation left and you feel like being lazy sloth is the only option. But if you find your passion, you find your fire, you find your fuel.

A card that I believe represents new-found passion in the Tarot is the Ace of Wands.

The Ace almost always indicates “a new something” in your life, the exact “something” depends on the suit. The Wand suit in the Tarot has the elemental energy of fire. It’s passion, excitement, it’s fast-moving energy. So the Ace of wands represents new energy, new life, new ideas, a new passion.

When I think about Tarot, I feel like I’ve got a butterfly in my chest that can breathe out short puffs of fire. That’s what passion feels like. You can have more than one passion, even! How awesome is that? Life is about change and transformation and adding rich layers into your life. Doesn’t that feel good?! The idea that you can have more than one passion project and be as happy as a fire-breathing butterfly?! Yes, please.

I love the Tarot and I love utilizing Tarot as a tool to aid people through their dilemmas, their heartache, but I also love helping people discover new, exciting experiences. Tarot doesn't only have to help you when you’re sad. It can be there for you when you’re looking for your passion, your purpose, and expanding on your happiness.

I can help you find your passion by doing a spread based around the Ace of Wands. Now, the cards can’t be too forward and say something like, “Bowling is your passion,” but they can illustrate a situation in your life that leads you to an idea of what your passion is that you may have forgotten. Book a reading today and let’s expand on your happiness!
